After placing an order and receiving two confirmations, I became concerned when I could not track the status on their website. I sent an email and called, only to find that my order failed some sort of validation process. (Have had the credit card since 1974 and it has always been in excellent standing.) Instead of notifying me, they sold the item to someone else. Better to deal with a vendor who has more than one of an item, or who has a more accurate verification process, or who cares enough to let a customer know if there is a problem or...Better yet, a vendor with all three of these factors in place.
