Unbelievably rude "customer service"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I have NEVER been spoken to so rudely by so called "customer service" people. Apparently someone needs to explain to these people what it means to serve your customers. I was practically yelled at because the shipping that their website offered was inadequate. I guess that I chose the wrong option (of course I had chosen the cheapest option) and they were quite possibly the rudest people I've ever had the "pleasure" of speaking with. I asked to speak to a manager and he did not listen to one word I said. He got on the phone basically said this is how it is, I can either take the offer the sales rep was giving me or cancel the order and put the other woman back on the phone. I can see why the customer service reps are rude if that is the way that a "supervisor" acts toward customers. Unbelievable.
