THEY CHANGED MY INVOICE!!!!

I had left a positive reveiw yesterday, but today(Friday) I received a call from them- prossing my order. They tried thier best to sell me faster shipping and an extended warrantie. I said no to every offer and the guy was nice, said my TV would ship on Monday. I didn't receive a conformation email, so I went to thier web site and found that they have charged my credit card an extra $299.00 for shipping(invoice says "manager reveiw"). Now I can't get them by phone and my card has been charged $1788.00 instead of $1489.00.
P.S. - The $44.67 rebate don't work either.
