  TV was clearly not new, didn't work, I returned it, had to pay for the shipping return and they not only wouldn't fix it, they wouldn't return any of my money. I wound up robbed of $480 plus another $35 shipping. Total crooks! Reported to NY Attorney General as Internet frauds but nothing ever came of it.

• Do not buy - refurbished; makes money off restocking fees

  Complete scam. Bait and switch within 30 minutes of placing the order. Company rep was completely rude. Promised an updated invoice/receipt; never received one. Proper invoice/receipt required for return. Unit sold as new but when it arrived it clearly wasn't. Item did not arrive in original factory packaging and remote control clearly used. Barcode sticker peeling off, barcode practically unreadable and visible "refurbished" stamp very faded (looked like someone tried to rub it off). Company rep again completely rude when I attempted to return the unit. They did credit me back the price minus a 15% restocking fee. THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY.

  Ordered a new Sony 37 inch HD and the process was outstanding. Order thru MAURICE, the manager who knows how to deal with any problems. He is a professional, no nonsense with a sense of responsibility. This is the second T.V. purchased within the last year. Item ordered and received at my door in 3 days. I am telling all my friends of this company. Thank you, JOE T.

  I had the same problem.. Bought a "new" TV and it was not only broken, but when I called Sharp to get it fixed they told me it was refurbished. I called these clowns back and they told me it wasn't and that the serial number was probably changed on me and I'd have to deal with it... Total A-holes. Don't ever buy from them.

  DO NOT BUY HERE! these guys are scammers! The website is operated out of a store in Manhattan. I was promised a new TV, as listed on the website for the price listed, and when I went to the store to buy it, it was refurbished. Customer service is awful, nobody wants to help you - they just want to sell you something and rip you off. Bait-and-switch is ALL THEY KNOW. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else more reputable. Don't be fooled by the BBB logo on the website, they are not certified! Check the BBB website yourself! Stay away, seriously.
