worst online store

Very disorganized. No one could explain why my order was never delivered. Asked to talk to the manager, but turned out to be the rudest person in the lot! Will never order from them again.

I VE BEEN CALLING 2 DAYS FOR AN ORDER PLACED LAST WEEK. STILL NO ANSWER!!! STILL NO TRACKING #!!! AND YOU CHARGED MY CARD!!!

I ordered a Hewlett Packard notebook for overnight shipping. I called several times to make sure it was in stock, that it shipped, etc. (by the way that in itself was a feat because they NEVER pick up the phone and called me only 2x after leaving over 30 voice msgs) After all the reassurances with voices that seemed annoyed or unsure (shouLD've taken this as a cue), NO LAPTOP WAS DELIVERED!!! Unless you want mediocore service, do not transact with these people!

store sent a used toshiba laptop but advertised it as new. read other reviews from different sites and you will see that this is a recurring problem! horrible store! stay away from it!!!

do not buy ink from this store!!! i ordered 2 hp inks, 1 had the date erased (scratch marks left where the date should have been), the other had an expiry of 2010. but upon use, both easily dried out. i have a friend who works at ink refills and said that even though it was posted as new, the inks are clearly expired. makes you wonder what type of "magic" they do with their other items to deceive customers!

STORE SITE DEAL NOT REFLECTING PRICE FOR ITEM INDICATED / DEAL EXPIRED AND NO NOTICE GIVEN THAT PREVIOUS DEALS HAVE EXPIRED. PRICE INDICATED ONLINE IS MORE THAN DOUBLE PRICE SHOWN ON BEATTHAT!
