Circuit City certainly has good deals. If they don't have free shipping you can always go to the store and pick it up. If you are going to shop form them, make sure you know what you are buying. Their salesmen don't know what they are talking about and are not knowledgeable. But all in all, for deals I would recommend them and think they should be green. Never had a problem with returns and not fulfilling store pickup.

They don't always come through in their promise of having the product ready in a fair amount of time if you pick it up from the store. I've ahd two experiences when I've ordered online for in-store pickup and both thimes waited over 30 minutes for the product to come out from stock. I tend to avoid the online Circuit City and only go into their stores if I know it is something I can grab from their shelf.

I think this merchant needs to be moved up to green. They have been around for many, many years and have always, in my experience, stood behind their products and services.
