I ordered a Canon FS100 online for $241. A sales rep then called and tried to sell me a bunch of add-ons then berated me for not buying the $399 package, which wasn't listed on the site. I don't care for this approach (I buy online to avoid this) and said to cancel the deal and he got rude and hung up. I would not order from them again.

Total scam. After the sale they tryed to sale me stuff I didn't need, then said that TV is Japanese model with no warrantie or remote, Us model $400.00 more. I then cancel the order. The guy became rude and hung-up on me. These people should be put out of business. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Total scam. No mention in ad that TV is Japanese model with no warrantie or remote and when you cancel the guy becomes a total asshole. These people should be arrested. and BeatThat should recommend that customers look at comments on the store.

I went here to get TomTom Go 920 and what they do not state in their add is that is is in Japan Maps and try to sale you a maps to make it work in the USA and get madd and rude when you try to cancel order because they are false addvertising their products.
