No Integrity

Not only do they ship the TV weeks late but they deliver it broken. Their shipper does not even follow their own promises either. The shipper promised, many times, to be sure I was home for the delivery. Instead they seemed to expect that my wife could open, unbox, lift out, setup and confirm that the large, and heavy,TV was not broken, all while the shipper would not wait. (I guess it should not be a surprise that a scam online company uses shady shippers. DBSCHENKER) They promise to get a new one out by the next week and take the old one back. When I call on that in the next week, they then ask for pictures of the damage, and now are adding a couple more weeks onto getting the TV resent out while they wait on the insurance. They argue that they don't want to be paying for 2 TV's at once, but that argument is just wrong considering they already charged my credit card for the TV so I am the only one with money on the table and no actual product. Thank goodness that credit card companies provide protection.
