Buyer BEWARE. Do NOT buy from SmartSubs

SmartSubs = SCAM. I purchased two items on Nov. 30th. I have posted my story on a few different websites already. I was told via Live Chat that my order would ship Dec. 8th. It never did. After desperately sending three e-mails, I was told the items I ordered were no longer available, yet they were both "in-stock" on their website. This company offers cheap prices to get the customer to sign up for free trials. That was the only thing I got out of this headache. Please do NOT buy from SmartSubs. I normally do not write reviews, but I felt obligated to save other people from making the mistake I did.
Banning SmartSubs!

We are going to have to "ban" SmartSubs, because a purchase requires a subscription. From their "terms and conditions": "By purchasing the product offered above through SmartSubs, you are also enrolling in a subscription to Real Broadband Essentials."
