Shady company. Placed an order for a DVD player. They called to upsell me on accessories, which I declined. They called an hour later to tell me that shipping was going to be almost TWICE what was quoted on their website. I cancelled the order. Do not order from this company.

HORRIBLE experience. Ordered a DVD recorder; they waited 10 days, called me and said they no longer had it or could get it... would I like to "upgrade?" Said I needed to look up the product and reviews, needed to call them back as it was 5 pm Thanksgiving eve and I had 6 kids in the van ready to go. They said sure, then they just cancelled my order. WATCH THESE GUYS - they are bait and switch under pressure and you won't get what you ordered!
