The Worst Store Ever, Lies, Lies, Deception

The glowing review above is obviously written by someone connected with the store. Read it...who writes a review that reaks of advertising copy? It is the kind of deception that you can expect if you purchase from them. My experience with this store was horrible. I bought a $2400 TV that was obviously defective. The store manager refused to see what was obviously wrong with the TV. I was made to wait for the store manager. After 30 minutes of waiting I approached a customer that was looking at the same TV I had just purchased and told him of my experience. The Owner that I was "waiting for" had been there the whole time. He introduced himself with a solid shove in the center of my back and told me to get out of the store. Do yourself a favor and stick to the major dealers that don't resort to third world tacticts if you have a problem with your purchase.

Video & Audio Center is the best electronic store and makes it very easy and comfortable to purchase your television.They have the best prices and the employees are the extremely intelligent and well-trained. The showroom is unbelievable and has the largest television in the world. The store makes is very easy to find each brand of television and has the lowest prices. Also it makes very convinient because it has same day shipping and installation which just blew my mind. EVERYONE has to go to the showroom and check it it out. ITS UNBELIEVABLE. You have to buy a television from there.
