An Amazon reviewer gave the Apple iPod touch 32 GB (2nd Generation) a one star review. According to the reviewer, after having this product for only 4 months, it crashed and the volume and sleep buttons malfunctioned. The reviewer sent it in to be fixed only for it to be sent back with a message stating there was nothing wrong with it. The reviewer stated 2 months later it completely died and the reviewer sent it back in to be fixed again. This time the reviewer got a message back stating the iPod had internal damage from a liquid spill and they could not perform the service requested. According to the reviewer the iPod had never came in contact with any liquid.
